Description

The Crown XTi6002 Power Amplifier is a 6000-watt rack mounted power amp that distinguishes itself with a number of extremely useful precision adjustment controls. It's the largest amplifier in the XTi 2 series and will prove versatile in driving your speaker rig in practically any situation imaginable. It also serves as a fantastic power conditioner, assuring that your system will get clean AC even if you're working with less-than-optimal power sources.

A number of unique features on the Crown XTi6002 Power Amplifier allow you to control the subtlest details of your sonic output:

Multiband Parametric EQ on Inputs and Outputs
The system software includes a HiQnet Band Manager and System Architect. These allow you to control separate multiband parametric EQs both on the Input and the Outputs! Either EQ can be bypassed when you so desire. The Input EQ also includes High and Low Pass Shelving filters, with Bandpass Gain and Polarity control.

Up to 50 Milliseconds of Delay
The XTi6002's incredibly handy adjustable Delay control, which gives you 50 mS of delay so that you can get your speaker output perfectly aligned and eliminate any trace of phase discrepancy.

Peakx Plus Limiters
The XTi6002 excels even further with its sweet Crown Peakx Plus Limiters. These give you full control over Threshold, Attack, and Release on the peak limiters, to make sure that your dynamic extremes are smoothed out in a way that is sonically and musically agreeable.

Subharmonic Synth
There is also a Subharmonic Synth integrated into the XTi6002's design, so that you can fine tune Frequency, Gain and Filter Type, allowing for application-specific tuning.

Thoughtful I/O Design for Maximum Versatility
Each input has a single balanced XLR per channel. For audio output, the XTi6002 sports 2 x Neutrik Speakon NL4MP jacks. The Channel-1 Speakon is wired with Channel-1 and Channel-2 outputs for use with an optional 4-conductor cable. The unit also has a Loop-Thru signal from the input connector, allowing you to link each channel to another amplifier when necessary.

The Crown XTi6002 Power Amplifier is built rock solid with an all-steel chassis that takes up 1RU of space in a standard rack. The front panel is handsome cast-aluminum. The unit includes integrated cast-aluminum rack handles.

The synthesized signal is then mixed with the original signal to create the effect. Additionally, users now have control over frequency, gain, and filter type.
  • Peakx(TM) Plus Limiter: User defeatable limiter that allows users to control Threshold, Attack, and Release times.
  • Presets: 30 total presets, 29 of which are user-definable.
