With its expertly crafted set-in neck, bound rosewood fretboard, and pearl dot inlays, the AGB200 is a remarkable value. The 3-piece Artcore Maple/Mahogany neck has proven its reliability on thousands of Ibanez hollow and semi-hollow bodies throughout the years. The ACHB pickups are matched perfectly to this Ibanez Artcore bass: very responsive, warm in tone coloration, and moderate in output which helps minimize feedback. The Ibanez hollow body story starts three decades ago with the giants of jazz guitar; the company has been a constant pioneer in the world of hollow-body since. Part of that legacy owes to the Artcore hollow body bass collection, which has earned its reputation based on luthiery know-how, and a passion for warm, full-bodied tone.
